1. SCOPE OF THE POLICY
This policy applies to all services provided by Easy Legal Consultants LLP through our website located at: www.easylegal.in . By availing of our services, you agree to the terms stated herein.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1 SERVICE CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
- Clients may request cancellation of a purchased service by submitting a written request via email to Support@Easylegal.in within Two (02) days of the service purchase.
- Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the type and progress of the service.
- If the service has not been initiated, a full cancellation may be granted.
- If work on the service has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible, or a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Compliance-related services such as tax filings, corporate legal documentation, and regulatory submissions cannot be cancelled once initiated.
2.2 ONGOING OR RETAINER SERVICES:
- Clients may cancel ongoing or retainer services by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to Support@easylegal.in
- Services already rendered up to the cancellation date are non-refundable.
2.3 Service Cancellation by EASY LEGAL
- We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances, including legal compliance issues, resource unavailability, or fraudulent transactions.
- In such cases, clients will be notified, and a full refund will be processed within 07 business days.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 – ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
- The refund can only be claimed in case of visibly clear deficiency/error with the service/s provided by EasyLegal.in.
- Services that have already been completed or substantially initiated are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds will not be provided for consultancy sessions, compliance filings, government-related fees, or third-party charges paid on behalf of the client.
- Client shall not be eligible for refund if any delay is found from your side in submission of the required documents or information
- Overpayment: If a payment error occurs, resulting in overpayment by the client.
3.2 – PARTIAL REFUNDS
- If only a portion of the service has been completed at the time of cancellation, a partial refund may be provided, deducting applicable administrative and processing fees.
3.3 – REFUND PROCESSING
- Approved refunds will be processed within 07 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment or any other mode deemed appropriate by Easy Legal.
- The refund amount shall be restricted towards the professional fees and shall exclude all government fees, taxes, charges, challan payments, third party payments, payment gateways charges and vendor payments etc.
4. NO REFUND POLICY FOR CERTAIN SERVICES
- Fees for digital resources, downloadable documents, and one-time consultancy sessions are non-refundable.
- Compliance-related services such as tax audits, statutory filings, corporate legal compliance, and payroll processing are non-refundable once initiated.
- Any third-party payments made by Easy Legal on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- If you believe your refund request was unfairly denied, you may contact our support team at support@easylegal.in or 9711851197 for further assistance.
- Disputes will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and our decision shall be final and binding.
6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
