Private Limited Company Registration

  • A Private Limited Company is the most common form of business in India and prevalent among tech start-ups, it is a favourite form of business among Angel Investors, Banks & other financial institutions. Pvt Ltd Company is a creation of law and can be registered /incorporated as per the law laid down in The Companies Act 2013 and the rules made thereunder. Every company is required to register themselves with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) and file the necessary documents for various statutory requirements.

A Company may be:

  • Private Company, or
  • One Person Private Limited Company; or
  • Public Company, or

PRE – REQUISITES FOR REGISTRATION OF PVT. COMPANY

  • Minimum two Directors who are individuals.
  • The proposed directors will be the subscribers of the Memorandum of association (MOA) of the Company.
  • DSC (digital signature certificate) for each of the Director of the proposed company
  • DIN for all Directors of the proposed company.
  • Registered office address (owned/ rented) of the proposed company i.e. copy of electricity bill/utility bill not older than two months.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  • Self-attested copies of PAN Card & address proof (i.e. voter card/ Aadhar card/ passport) of Directors.
  • 02 Passport size photographs of each Director.
  • Signed affidavit (in DIR4) from the Directors for DIN.
  • Proof of registered address i.e. copy of electricity bill/utility bill not older than two months, of Company.
  • Signed copy of the company incorporation form (Given in Annexure) containing relevant details of the proposed company.
